Who We Are

Peak Editorial is run by Mike Weavers. I established Peak Editorial after a twenty-year career across central and local government, where I dealt with complex and often lengthy documents on a daily basis. I developed a passion for clarity and brevity, and a dislike of jargon! Out of work, I love the outdoors, whether climbing the peaks of the UK or reading about others' adventures.

I've been trained by the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and am an entry-level member. My experience, training and commitment to continuing professional development combine to make Peak Editorial a business I am proud of.
